Our mission is to confront and eradicate L.O.S.T. — Lack of Systematic Trust, especially within Black, Brown, and blended populations that are too often overlooked.

Mr. Schuler
I’m James Schuler, a lifelong community advocate based in Wayne County, New York. I grew up in a migrant working family and experienced firsthand what happens when stability, opportunity, and support are missing, especially in rural communities.
After spending years in and out of the justice system, I decided to change course and dedicate my life to helping others do the same. I’ve spent over 15 years working directly with youth, families, and returning citizens across Wayne and Monroe Counties.
I am the founder of The Trust: A Transitional Service Program, which operates Wayne County My Brother’s and Sister's Keeper. My work focuses on mentorship, reentry support, family stabilization, and community-based solutions rooted in accountability, structure, and second chances.
As a credible messenger, I bring lived experience, honesty, and high expectations, bridging the gap between systems and the people they serve. My mission is simple: help individuals and families move from crisis to stability and become assets to their communities.
